B.V.Rama Rao

B. V. Rama Rao, Founder of BVR & Associates, is a Commerce graduate from Kakatiya University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He began his professional journey with M/s GS Madhav Rao & Co., Warangal, where he completed his Apprenticeship. Post-qualification he worked as Partner in the same firm, gaining valuable experience in various areas of practice. Later, he was a Partner at M/s Kommaraz & Co. Chartered Accountants, till 2005, and headed several Bank and C&AG Audits.

He also worked with the Reserve Bank of India during the years 1987-88.

He established M/s BVR & Associates in 1995, where he continues to lead the firm with a focus on delivering high-quality professional services.

Over the course of his career, he has gained rich experience in Taxation, Management Consultancy, International Taxation, Project Finance, Audits of listed and unlisted companies, Tax Audits, and Statutory Central & Branch Audits. He completed certificate courses in International Taxation and Valuation.

Known for his pragmatic and client-centric approach, Mr. Rama Rao continues to provide comprehensive and reliable solutions to a diverse clientele across corporate and non-corporate sectors.

B. Keertana - Partner at BVR

B. Keertana, Partner at BVR & Associates, is a Commerce graduate from Osmania University and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She began her professional journey with her Apprenticeship at BVR & Associates, gaining exposure to a wide spectrum of audit and tax engagements.

She later worked with BDO RISE Private Limited, Bengaluru, in the Asset Management Division of US Audits. During her four-year tenure there, she rose to the position of Audit Assistant Manager, handling audits of hedge funds, private equity funds in US.

With a strong foundation in both Indian and international accounting standards, Keertana rejoined BVR & Associates as a Partner bringing with her valuable industry experience.
